Wilson S. Ritchie has extensive experience representing businesses and financial institutions in all phases of their respective undertakings.
Mr. Ritchie represents clients in state and federal courts, before administrative panels and in arbitration hearings. He advises clients on financial matters, business formation, regulatory issues and compliance and debt and equity offerings. His practice also includes estate planning, trust administration and probate.
Mr. Ritchie received his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee in 1961. He earned a J.D. from the University of Tennessee in 1966. From 1961 through 1964, Mr. Ritchie served in the United States Army.
Mr. Ritchie is admitted to practice in Tennessee. He is admitted to practice before the U. S. Supreme Court, the U. S. Court of Appeals and a number of U. S. District Courts throughout the country. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association.
